Hi chappes,

I thought i haven't done any food blogs for a while. So i thought i would share 3 healthy breakfast ideas, one cooked, one for overnight and the other you can buy


Chia pudding
I would highly recommend this if you are in a rush and prepare it the night before its ready to eat. I would use the Deliciously Ella recipe and sprinkle it off with fruit or granola. 
1.Mix together 1 cup almond milk, 1 banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp honey and a handful of blueberries(or any berries) blitz them till smooth.
2.Put the mixture in you glass, mix in 5 tsp of chia seeds. Leave it in the fridge till ready.





Rude Health Granola 
This is my favourite cereal and only contains 11 ingredients and none of them are chemicals. It is slightly expensive at 3.70 per a box but it taste UH-MAZ-ING! It's so quick to make just cereal and milk in a bowl-ta-da!








Scrambled eggs with avocado and smoked salmon on rye bread
This is so good for mornings with time and its healthy and filling. It lasts you till lunch time. Its also great for brunch. 
This dish is so easy to make, make the scrambled eggs either in the microwave or whilst the rye bread is toasting. 
When the rye and eggs are cooked, lay the avocado, eggs and smoked salmon on the rye bread.
